Just do what the SAT people do; add thirty points or so to their scores. Give bonus points for sports or music.
Pretend that marching with BLM for social justice is an academic endeavor and reward it accordingly.
But no matter what, DO NOT blame black culture that places more value on sex than marriage, more value on athletics than academics and believe that it's better to be a victim with an excuse than to do the work to succeed.
This is what sixty years of the great society has wrought. This is what fifty years of liberal rule in chicago, detroit, philadelphia, newark, oakland, st louis and other cities has gotten us.
Plantations with a plantation mentality. Socialists want the votes of black people. They will make promises to everyone and pay off a few. But their compassion is merely self serving avarice in disguise.
Blame conservatives.
Impeach trump.
Take down statues.
Rig the academic results.
