"Police in Lenexa, Kan. are investigating a shooting at Costco Supermarket after an off-duty officer killed an armed man Sunday.
The man entered the store waving a weapon Sunday morning, according to police. An off-duty police officer shopping there then shot and killed him."
Based only on this, if true, sounds like he needed to be put down.
