a step in the right direction... but Hollywood's a different animal. Even if society in general was elevated somewhat the power brokers are still typically going to tend to take advantage of their power and behave badly.
I also think it addresses the male side of things, but not the female side. I think too many women don't value themselves as much as they should and share some of the blame.
