murder another human being for kicks then I have ZERO problem locking them up for life.

At seventeen you may be impulsive and stupid but you most definitely know that randomly murdering other people is wrong. She made a choice, she is now paying for that choice. Bravo to her for turning her life around in prison. She can continue to be beacon of light, IN PRISON.
