It designates the borders of my property that I own.
But if you mean country borders, I guess so. I don't see a real purpose to them other than a pretty line on a map. I don't know how a border is enforced, so you may have to explain that one. What I do know is that I don't stick my nose into someone else's business and I don't use a gun to keep them from living where they want to or living their life how they wish. Why do you, sugar?
