The 'scandal' was that a 24 year old movie star was the VICTIM of a sextortion plot by the women who sold a sex tape of their contact.
Lowe was sued because one of the 'women' he met at the adults only nightclub turned out to be 16 years old. Lowe successfully defended that by 9rightfully) stating that the 16 year old presented herself as an adult and had ID attesting to her 'adulthood'
