i don't know about moore. nor do you. which is why i would give him the benefit of the doubt.
there is no confirmation he was banned. just fyi. the mall doesn't even exist any longer. there is talk that he was "informally" banned. what does that even mean?
creepy behavior and going to the mall to hit on girls is not illegal. if he groped a 14 year old then yeah he should pay the consequences. but the problem is it was 40 years ago and there isn't proof. it's he said she said.
yeah the court of public opinion is different than a court of law so i would advise him to step aside but that's not my place to say.
