Well...every once in awhile the criminal justice system runs into an individual that is so mentally twisted emotionally that even the psychiatric discipline hasn't seen anything close to what these people can do.
I am not suggesting that this is case in the Moore situation. Not by a long shot. And, I am not suggesting that the victims' accounts are fabricated.
