Correct me if Im wrong, however...

You think they wont appoint another SP because Mueller is a tainted partisan. Nevermind the fact that he is a Republican and was appointed by Bush 43.

And even though they would have a REAL shot at bagging HRC over anything, they wont do it because they have too much integrity. And they dont want to sully the American people by dragging out another investigation; especially not one run by a tainted partisan hack. There is no one who can investigate HRC without being tainted and partisan.
