show how your example meets the elements of the federal crime.
if you're saying that trump telling comey he HOPED he could let the flynn thing go is obstruction then you are swinging and missing again.
trump asked comey for 3 things.
1. he asked for loyalty.
2. he said he HOPED the flynn thing could go away
3. he asked comey to express publicly what he had been told 3 times privately, that he (DJT) was NOT under any investigation.
#1 is hardly any big deal.
#2 is not obstruction. although admittedly i think trump should have handled the interaction better. stupid. but not criminal.
#3 not unreasonable at all.
