killed in a single event, according to the new york times source, Gun Violence Archive. there have been 555 Mass Shootings, in the last 511 Days, and while they don't break it down by race, one look at the mass shooting map on their home page http://www.gunviolencearchive.org/charts-and-maps it is pretty obvious where they occur most, and it is not a large leap to guess by whom
