to give my 2-week notice. I shut the door, so my coworkers couldn't eavesdrop (and so I could ***** about my other boss), and after a few minutes, he opened the door and said "FYI, you really shouldn't close the door if you're alone with a male boss or coworker".

Never would have crossed my mind that that was inappropriate.
