excellent track record. He has succeeded at every job he's had, despite only having 3 years at each. He took Tennessee to the Sweet 16 and took Cal to its best NCAA tournament seed in program history. He's a proven, consistent winner who gives us a better chance of reaching the Final Four than any coach we've ever had.
