EPA is like a cop looking for speeders on a highway---you have to be an idiot to get caught

The operators know far more than the regulators about almost anything

EPA hands out permits and pushes paper

we were fined once for water showing a chemical that we never had on site--turns out it came from Mo Ill water not us
