TWO YEARS isn't long enough. THREE really isn't either, but it's about all that can be expected in the current environment.

What's really important is: TEAM ENGAGED? TEAM PLAYING HARD? TEAM IMPROVING? Odom has all three right now.

So yes, in year two, 4-8 is good enough. He can lose out and stay.

But I'm glad we get to cheer for more than that...
