His time at MO State don't count of course. TN was a disaster, but not his fault. Stupid Tennessee fans didn't like the hire of him from the start. Money donors finally discovered the ignorance was catching.
Evidence at Cal was not all that promising. Had some good recruits but could do any thing with two very high caliber draft picks while he had them. Made the tourney, but didn't go far.
Plus, now he seems to be switching his philosophy because of MPJ. Going to go pro style with the O. Word so far his defense isn't all that great.
So, hold off on how great he is until he does show something.
