that is not my field of study. I find it amazing on how at the end of the year, or some period of time, there is always someone that comes out of the woodwork that claims they were right...but it is almost never that the same one comes out year after year.....which, like about any other complex situation tells you they are just models and our full knowledge of them is limited...even in today's super computer age where much more data is available to us and many more iterations can be run.
