to continue to participate, or is a locker room problem (which includes open disrespect and/or undermining the coachs' leadership or instructions, yes, that is on the players. There is a way to question, and a way that you do not question. The smart young man will do it the right way and make it a positive for those involved. The selfish one will vent everything he thinks, without regard for the good of those around him. The coaches aren't perfect, but they are still due the respect of their age and position. That means you talk in private, in a respectful way, and if you get no response, you work your way up the food chain, if it's that important. Going off on a coach isn't the right way, especially in public. That doesn't mean I think it's okay for the coaches to go off on people the way crazy Mike does. But at least he abuses everybody, so you know you're on equal footing and your turn is coming.
