We'll go with the US since that is most familiar, but this is true for all States, past and present.
The State is the god/deity
The "Founders" are its prophets
The president, SCOTUS, and Congress are its high priests
Those who have died for the State and are venerated by the State are its martyrs. This ranges from revolutionaries to Lincoln to Kennedy to Pat Tillman, etc.
Congress, courts, memorials, battlefields, etc. are its temples, its places of worship, its places of pilgrammage (especially D.C., the seat of the religion)
Its tombs should be pretty obvious.
The Declaration and Constitution are its holy texts (along with the code, etc)
Holiday is literally Holy day
Rituals include the pledge, standing for the anthem with hat off and hand over heart, saluting, inauguration, etc
The flag and memorials etc are its sacred and venerated objects
Relics are the personal items of its former priests, for example
