And now you're accusing me of being a fan of Bernie Sanders and the Communist Manifesto, despite my track record on Tigerboard for being a consistently fierce libertarian on nearly all issues.

Honestly, this is how I see what happened here: You made a claim about these alleged books, with absolutely no basis whatsoever, since you yourself have not read any of these undisclosed alleged books. You realize you've been called out for a lie, and now you are desperately backtracking. That's what it looks like here.
