Gutless people would rather apologize and grovel than tell the idiots to pizz off.
So typically, they want more.
When stupid people have undeserved power, they abuse it. They think they are entitled because the other side always capitulates. An affirmative action hire, a nephew of the owner of the company or a bimbo sleeping her way to the top get a feeling of entitlement and act accordingly.
Where individually or in mobs.
It's never enough.
