expressed my displeasure with an employee's performance. On some occasions, I've simply said I'll take my business elsewhere, sometimes loud enough for them to hear. I am not limited in how I respond to, "leave".

The Trump argument is irrelevant. This started before Trump became President of the United States.

When I buy a license, I expect specific performance, and I am entitled to it under the agreement.
