A computer guru turned me on to it years ago. VERY low resource usage & it's one of the first things I install on a new computer. Blocks a lot of ads & pop ups, easy to temporarily turn off for a page if needed (& back on).
Helps pages load faster because it doesn't load some of the garbage & reduces the risk of malware from visiting sites.
fwiw, it blocked the ads on that site but loaded the rest of it nicely.
