In my years working in inner city schools the group that is most openly racist are the African Americans. They will flat out tell you they cannot be racist because they are black and then turn around and make horribly racist statements about Asians and Hispanics.
Some of the things I have heard AA students say to their classmates would have been automatic suspensions if the tables had been turned.
