That was pretty much my reply to her. It's possible that it was a case of blatant racism, but I don't trust "Occupy Democrats" in the slightest.
It is all too simple for anyone with an agenda to twist and distort this in any number of ways. A reasonable way to test something like this would be to do it in the same neighborhood at the same time of day, with guys who are the same age & dressed & groomed in similar fashion under similar circumstances.
As others have noted, this was probably different neighborhoods and different police departments... for all we know it was in different cities and states and with very different backdrop of the history of what has been going down recently. It very well could have happened in different years as well. We also do not know if the 2nd guy had any prior history with those cops.
I would also note that the video was edited rather abruptly on the first clip. For all we know that guy was seriously hassled, or arrested &/or had his gun confiscated.
