The folly of the incestuous "public-private" partnership rears its head once again. The lengths that the political elite will go, even at the local level, to do work for the folks bankrolling the political machine is always amazing the watch

It is the fleecing of the taxpayer for the benefit of the politically connected. They've just wrapped this attempt up in an overpriced hockey jersey.
