that means murdering a murderer is immoral as well. Where or how did this executioner gain the right to murder someone? "Allowed to" by whom?

Again, do you then execute the executioner?


And a murderer or anyone infringing on another can be punished in many different ways, none of which involve murder or other infringements on his rights.
