ing off. Drill instructor gives the command to sound off and hears this lispy, high pitched "one", followed by "two, three, four".
He stops them and says they can do better and lets start over....same effeminate "one", followed by soldiers shouting "two, three, four..."
He stops them again and gets right in the face of the first soldier in line.
"Are you one?"
"Gee Sarge....yes. Are you one too?"
