several times to clear the area they were going to start arresting....and he stuck around with his thumb up his ass like he was waiting for the party to start.
If it was him, he wouldn't get on the ground. He was not slammed down. He was conscious and talking to the camera the entire time.
If it is the same guy, he overdubbed audio from a "protester" smashing out a window at a storefront and laid the track in over an officer looking in a broken storefront to make sure there was no one inside and, upon seeing broken glass hanging above him, removed it. It got interleaved with "reactions" that the officer just smashed that window.
Stupid phucks.
