and at least know them. That is why most homicides can be solved. (Unless you had dirt on the Clintons, but I digress.)


What is different with much of the black on ? violent crime is the randomness of association with the victims. The case of Westport shootings is a prime example...random victims shot for unknown reasons. 71 Hwy shootingd are the same...shooting victims shot for unknown reasons by unknown suspects who you can only suppose are black by the location of the shootings.
