The question I have is would your employer allow you to do it on the clock - and if your job was socially very visible and in a national spotlight, would your employer allow you to do it?

What if someone wants to protest "anything" - is this the forum?

I don't have a horse in the race - i'm not an NFL owner and I think the cops in general and govt is oppressive and the war on drugs and govt programs have in fact created social injustices.

I just think it's interesting judgment and folks are also free to comment, agree with or criticize such a public protest.

My employer would fire me if I ran my politics up to a very visible notch.
