Look, CA can't win a civil war or secede taking with them the part of the national debt they created. They can't afford it.
The administration need to call their bluff and offer them up for sale. I'm sure the Chinese would jump all over that. Perhaps the Emirates, Saudis, or others interested in those ports & produce.
