Social Security Payments are a debt.
The money isn't there that we deposited.
IMO that is the first debt that gets paid back.
Screw everyone else.
If we don't want to fund it after it is solvent then fine, we don't. Grandfather everyone who has paid in and draw a line in the sand for future generations.
