He should investigate Comey for refusing to prosecute Clinton before the investigation was done, creating memos and filtering said memos to a buddy to leak to the media, the Clinton foundation, Clapper lying about wire tapping, the Obama admin for wire tapping Trump Tower, and the same administration for unmasking names at an alarming rate.

Mueller has the ability to open investigations based off any information found, right?
