"loopholes" and end deductions.

That way there will be lower actual payments, but the socialists will raise rates and leave the loopholes closed.

It doesn't matter what the brackets and the rates are, it only matters what you pay.

And i do not trust ryan and mcconnel to do anything unless it is absolutely in their best interests to do so.
