He did leak a non classified memo that he wrote about at least one of his meetings with Trump.
Not clear that is a crime. If it is, it is a crime that many people in Washington are guilty of, including some people currently in Trump administration. In my view, the notion that taxpayers are not entitled to see non classified work products prepared by people being paid by the tax payor is simply wrong headed. How are the people supposed to hold public officials responsible if giving non-classified government documents to reporters is a crime?
As far as "lying under oath". I have seen no demonstration of that.
But don't get me wrong. I don't like Comey. He touted the "ferguson effect" theory with zero evidence, pandering to racists. My impression is he is another in a long line of unethical FBI directors, dating back to J. Edgar. Creeps.
