The real problem with the corporate rate isn't that it's 35%.

It's that you have so many loopholes, etc. written into it, which allow shyte like GE making a billion dollars, and paying nothing in taxes.

Set the rate at 15 or 20, but eliminate ALL of the loopholes for an even playing field, instead of favoring companies buying influence.

This will greatly encourage the small, mid cap companies which generally provide the most job growth, salary gains.
