expertise in video editing and he analyzed that interview. basically he said they changed the color saturation between shots of Rose and Bannon to tone down Rose and amped up the red saturation on Bannon to make his skin tone (especially around eyes and lips) red. doesn't surprise me that 60 mins would manipulate it like that.
