qualify as "poaching" unless the player's decision to leave his undergraduate school was unduly influenced (i.e. "tampering" was involved). In this case it wasn't, as evidenced by the fact that there was a full-fledged recruiting process which included Mizzou and Georgia Tech as finalists. CM had to win that recruiting battle to get Robertson.
