In the name of social justice, Portland morons decided it was racist to track gangs, because they tend to be minorities. Not enough white gangs in Portland.
More rapes, drug dealing, murders of innocent people is worth it, all to avoid that nasty stigma of tracking criminals of color .
The sad part, is the idiots who demanded this, made it happen, won't be the ones who suffer.
