Not SUPPOSED to be out in class.
Got too much grief from parents for taking phones and requiring parents to pick them up because little Johnny is the backup to pick up his brothers and sisters from elementary school and the phone is their link.
Principle stood on the stage at back to school night my daughter's sophomore year and said "I stand before you a broken man" and covered the cell phone policy.
