"another 3-4 years to build up the roster". You don't need 5-6 years to field a competitive team. In FB, you can turn around a program in 2 years. In BB, as we've seen, you can do it in a few months.

(2) Odom's recruiting classes have been 40'ish in the rankings which isn't going to get it done in the SEC, ever.
