And he had a boatload of .500 teams.. His best teams at his previous school were with the previous coaches players, and their record was getting worse each year of his last 3..

Frank Martin is a good coach, and tied for 2nd in conference once, but never won...

Counzo's worst 3 teams, where his first year at each school he coached. I would assume his .606 career win percentage will go up after this season.. That would be about where Frank Martin is after 10 seasons. And I think Frank is a good coach..

That said, I don't see where OP said he was a better coach than Norm..
