My oldest daughter asked that question sending me this Youtube link about what a great guy John D. Rockefeller actually was:

I believe I've seen a few links on here indicating that he was a real scuzzball... Curious as to any links anyone may have to that effect... with actual facts, logic & reason to back them up.
