1) Flood comes in
2) Flood damages property/structural damage
3) Ins sends engineer to write a report
4) Engineer finds structural dmg and includes it in the report
5) Ins company rewrites report to exclude structural damage


There was fraud like this after Katrina and Sandy. There will almost certainly be fraud of this nature after Harvey and Irma.

Do you know what youre talking about? Can you categorize this as anything OTHER than insurance companies screwing over their policyholders?
