1) Who is interfering with Earth correcting itself? Did I say that? No, we are simply dumping sequestered carbon into the atmosphere (in the form of burning oil) faster than Earth can correct for it.
2) What am I willing to do? Ive answered this question more times that I know. Tax credits for green initiatives, decreased nuclear regulations with smart disposal and recycling of nuclear waste, tax credits for small businesses in the sector. All of this is achievable with a small drop of discretionary spending. Perhaps, instead of increasing military funding, we could invest in the future of technology.
3) Higher taxes? No. I think there are still a lot of costs that could be cut to more than pay for anything I proposed.
4) Higher energy costs? How is this related? I pay Ameren out the *ss as it is. Id love tax credits for a solar roof, etc.
5) I never said 75%. Doesnt take away the fact that anthropogenic CO2 is one of the primary drivers of CC.
