so his claim that he was on his way to his hotel is false.

The incident was at the Cromwell, Rapper Chris Brown was scheduled for a show that was subsequently cancelled, the salient point that the vast majority of people there at the time were black, as seen in pics and video.
So he wasn't singled out just because he was black.

Until proven otherwise I give credence to the cops version of events.
