landowners plan better for the country or not?

And the point that everyone has a stake in the country is true but dangerous. The genesis of my question is that illegal aliens have a stake in the country. Criminals have a stake in the country.

People still in mexico and canada and afganastan and iran and north korea have a stake in what happens in wahsington. To vote imo, you need more than to say that what happens in washington affects me, so i get to vote.
