I don't know that this guy is any different from past guys. Might be way smarter.

If you have a nuke, you are pretty safe from US military. Could be that we accept NK into the company of nuke countries. Is what it is. MAD worked for decades and still does. That is Mutually Assured Destruction for those of you too young to know the Cold War - kept US and USSR from war for decades.
