Kind of like the girl who wouldn't sign her ticket one night....now in Missouri, you'd write "refused to sign" and toss it in the back seat and walk away. In KS, it was considered "Failure to Give Notice to Appear" and required you to arrest the person.

With her hands firmly grasping the steering wheel another officer put a compliance hold on her wrist and proceeded to drag her out though the car window (Volkswagen Bug).

So she was taken to the station for processing where she was able to bond out on (wait for it).....her signature.


People are stupid.
